Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 23 December 2022. The respondents have failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]The name of the first respondent in the claim is amended to add “Nursery Ltd”, as above.[2]The first respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages. The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £146.88.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice. The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £293.76.[4]The first respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement. The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £734.40[5]Any claims against the second respondent remain to be addressed at the hearing on 30 March 2023.
