Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1260.54 being seven days’ pay due for work undertaken by the claimant in the first week of September 2020.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £180.07 being the gross sum due.[3]Payment shall be made to the claimant on or before 25 March 2021.
