JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £360 being one week’s gross pay for work undertaken for week ending 17 September 2017 and which remains unpaid.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £360 being one week’s gross pay for week ending 24 September 2017 (which the claimant took as holiday) and which remains unpaid.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £537.12 being the gross amount due to the claimant for holiday accrued but untaken as at 24 September 2017 being 7.46 days of accrued holiday untaken.[4]The total sum of £1257.12 should be paid by the respondent to the claimant on or before 26 February 2018.[5]In so far as the claimant pursues any other claim than those determined and adjudicated upon in paragraphs 1 to 4 above then those claims shall stand dismissed unless either party applies on or before 26 March 2018 to restore the case to the list for hearing.
