JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of harassment related to age in relation to allegations 8.1.1 and 8.1.4 made against Mr Harrison and allegation 8.1.5 made against Mrs Harrison succeed. All other complaints of harassment related to age fail and are dismissed.

[2]The complaints of direct age discrimination fail and are dismissed.

[3]The Respondents and the Claimant have agreed the sum of £4,000 in compensation for the proven acts of discrimination which is the sum the Respondents are ordered to pay the Claimant.
