EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1807186/2019
Mr R WallClaimantInside Access LtdRespondent
Employment Judge Shepherd DatedDate 11 March 2020

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 2 March 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:  It has not been actively pursued because he has failed to attend on 7 February 2020 and he has indicated he will not be back in the country until April 2020.  He has not responded to the issue identified by the Judge at paragraph 4 of a note of the Preliminary Hearing on seventh every 2020 that it appeared his claim form may have been presented out of time.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. He has only indicated that he was absent has is currently working away in Malaysia and will not be back in the country until April. The claim is therefore struck out.
