[1]On a reference seeking redundancy payment following lay off, the claimant’s redundancy payment entitlement is to a sum of £7650, which has now been paid.[2]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to pay notice pay succeeds and the respondent shall pay to him the gross sum of £510.[3]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to pay holiday pay on the termination of his employment succeeds and the respondent shall pay to him the gross sum of £270.[4]The correct respondent to the claim is the claimant’s former employer SR Signs Limited, and the claim is amended by consent to that effect as above.
