[1]The complaint in respect of disability discrimination by alleged failure to make reasonable adjustments was presented out of time and it is not just and equitable to extend time. Accordingly the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain that complaint which is dismissed.[2]The claimant was not constructively dismissed. Accordingly the complaint of unfair dismissal fails.[3]The claimant was not subjected to an unauthorised deduction from wages and accordingly that complaint also fails. Case No: 1807151/2019[4]The claim is dismissed.
