JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment from the respondent in the sum of £1,361.55 (being a week’s pay of £453.85 x 3 years of continuous employment).[2]The respondent breached the contract of employment of the claimant in failing to provide him with notice of its termination and shall pay him damages for the breach in the sum of £1,361.55 (being £453.85 gross x 3 weeks).[3]The respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant holiday pay of £453.55 gross in respect of 9 days of untaken leave.
