Issued pursuant to Rule 21 of The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 THE RESPONDENT having confirmed that it does not resist the claim Judgment is now issued pursuant to Rule 8 (2) (c).[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and so is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1620.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the amount so being £1,557 calculated gross.[3]The claim for notice pay succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £324.[4]The complaint in respect of the Claimant’s entitlement to payment in lieu of accrued but untaken leave succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £432 calculated gross.[5]The hearing listed for 6 February 2018 is cancelled.
