Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant has leave to amend his claim to claim expenses incurred in 2017 and 2018 and unauthorised deduction from wages in relation to pension contributions.[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages in respect of salary and car allowance for November 2019 and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3,999.99.[3]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages in respect of pension contributions and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3,128.25.[4]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £11,000.[5]The Respondent has breached the Claimant’s contract in relation to reimbursement of expenses and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £14,505.04.[6]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,725.[7]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,538.46.[8]The Hearing listed on 6 February 2020 is cancelled.
