JUDGMENT

Issued pursuant to Rule 21 of The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 THE TIME for presenting a response having expired and no response having been presented and on the available material before the Employment Judge it is adjudged that :-[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith the amount so deducted being £1,775.[2]The complaint in respect of payment for accrued holiday pay succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith the sum of £640.38.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £865.38 for failure to provide a written statement of terms of employment.[4]The Tribunal makes no Judgment in relation to the claims for payslips, P45 and P60 as it has no power to issue those documents.[5]The hearing listed for 2 February 2018 is vacated.
