EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1807072/2020
Mr P BaxterClaimantRestore DatashredRespondent
Employment Judge Deeley DateDate 18 May 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out, due to the claimant’s failure to actively pursue his claim.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 28 April 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  You sent a letter dated 08 April 2021 stating that you would like the Tribunal to ‘remove this case from your listing’;  The Tribunal wrote to you on 26 April 2021, asking you to clarify whether you were withdrawing your claim in the Employment Tribunal by return; and  You did not respond and failed to attend the Preliminary Hearing arranged for 10:00 am on 28 April 2021.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
