JUDGMENT

Issued pursuant to Rule 21 Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 The Claimant’s claim has been served on “Homecare Ltd” at the registered office of “Ask Home Care Ltd” and has not been returned in the post; The Judge is therefore satisfied pursuant to Rule 92 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure that the claim has come to the attention of Ask Home Care Ltd and treats the claim as having been served on that company; No response has been presented within the relevant time limits and the company is described as “active” on the Register of Companies; There is sufficient information in the claim form to determine liability and remedy in complaint of unlawful deductions from wages in accordance with Rule 21 and the relevant Presidential Guidance; It is therefore ordered and adjudged that:[1]Ask Home Care Ltd be substituted as the Respondent to these claims.[2]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and shall pay the Claimant £759.56 gross.
