JUDGMENT
[1]Allegations 4.1.3,4.1.4,4.1.5, making complaints of unfavourable or contrary to section 18 Equality Act 2010 (Pregnancy and Maternity Discrimination) and allegations 5.2.2,5.2.3,5.2.4 making complaints of detrimental treatment contrary to section 27 Equality Act 2010 (Victimisation) are withdrawn and are dismissed.[2]All other complaints of unfavourable or detrimental treatment contrary to section 18 Equality Act 2010 and section 27 Equality Act 2010, fail and are dismissed.[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal also fails and is dismissed.
