[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal was brought 24 days late, although it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time, and is struck out.[2]The complaint of sex discrimination was not brought within 3 months, it is not just and equitable to extend the period and it is struck out.[3]The claim is therefore dismissed.
