JUDGMENT

[1]Both Claimants’ claims of wrongful dismissal (notice pay) and claims for redundancy payments are dismissed on withdrawal by them.[2]The First Claimant did not have a disability as defined in the Equality Act 2010 at the relevant times and her claims of disability discrimination are dismissed. The Respondent shall pay the First Claimant £176.34 net and it shall pay the Second Claimant £98.64 net in respect of those claims.[3]Both Claimants’ claims of unfair dismissal are not well-founded and are dismissed.
