JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £3,076.90 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction.[3]The claimant’s claim for compensation for holiday accrued but untaken at the date of termination of the contract of employment succeeds.[4]The claimant had accrued but untaken holiday entitlement of 2.46 days at the date of termination of the contract of employment. The respondent shall therefore pay to her the sum of £302.75 being the gross amount payable. Approved by
