Miss S Bennett v Iceland Food Stores Ltd: 1806774/2022
JUDGMENT
The allegations of a failure to make reasonable adjustments relating to paid break times, a referral to occupational health and a move to a different location are struck out.REASONS
[1]By case management orders dated 24 March 2023 sent to the parties on 30 March 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing by 7 April 2023, explaining why the allegations of a failure to make reasonable adjustments relating to paid break times, a referral to occupational health and a move to a different location should not be struck out on the grounds those allegations had no reasonable prospects of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing to explain why those parts of the claim should not be struck out for the reasons given or to request a hearing.[3]Those parts of the claim are therefore struck out. The claimant’s remaining claims are unaffected by this judgment.
