JUDGMENT
[1]The claim against the First Respondent is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The Second Respondent having failed to respond to the strike out warning issued to it on 5 April 2023, its response is struck out on the ground that it is not being actively pursued.[3]The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim against the Second Respondent in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[4]The Second Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant £2,312.60.[5]The Hearing listed on 7 June 2023 is cancelled.
