JUDGMENT
[1]The correct Respondent to these proceedings is Liberty Trading GB Limited. The claims against all other Respondents are dismissed.[2]The Respondent did not attend the hearing. As it had not served an ET3, I decided to proceed with the hearing in the Respondent’s absence.[3]The Claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £9,489. This is a gross sum and the Claimant is required to account to HMRC for any tax and/or national insurance contributions which may be due on it.[4]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages, regarding his pay for June 2022, is out of time.
