[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the first claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the first claimant, Mr J Keenan, the sum of £24,332.36 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. This is a gross award.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the second claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the second claimant, Mr A Greaves, the sum of £22,751.72 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.
