JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded.[2]The respondents shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,424.50 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction from wages properly payable to the claimant in respect of work undertaken by him between 21 September and 9 October 2020.[3]The respondents shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £587.50 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction from wages properly payable to the claimant in respect of 5 days’ accrued but untaken holiday pay owed to the claimant for the period up to 9 October 2020.[4]The total gross sum owed to the claimant is £2,012,00. The respondents shall pay the sum due to the claimant on or before 11 February 2020.
