JUDGMENT

The Claimants complaints of discrimination are dismissed as they were presented out of time and it is not just and equitable to extend time. The Claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is dismissed as it was presented out of time and the Claimant has not satisfied the Tribunal that it was not reasonably practicable for complaint to be presented before the end of the relevant period and nor has she satisfied the Tribunal that it was then presented within such further period as the Tribunal considered reasonable.
