Employment Judge DaviesDate 28 September 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 16 September 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. The proceedings were stayed in March 2021 because the Respondent was in compulsory liquidation. The claimant was told that she would need permission from a court to continue with them, and that she would be asked in 6 months’ time whether she had applied for permission. The Tribunal did not hear anything further from her and this is what led to the letter dated 16 September 2021 warning the claimant that her claim might be struck out.[2]The claimant has not made any representations and has not requested a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. S-J Davies
