[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Wetheralds Painting & Building Services Ltd (in administration).

[2]The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The Respondent company is in administration. Neither the consent of the Administrator nor the permission of the Court has been obtained for these proceedings to be instituted or continued, as required by the Insolvency Act 1986.

[2]On 17 February 2020 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. In spite of further letters from the Tribunal explaining the position to him on 21 February, 18 March and 23 March 2020, the Claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.

[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
