Employment Tribunals Procedure Rules 2024 – Rule 22 The claims of unauthorized deduction from wages and outstanding holiday pay succeed and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following sums: Unauthorized deduction from wages – the gross sum of £2,242.00. Outstanding holiday pay – the gross sum of £142.22. Total – £2,384.22 The claim of Disability discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal.

REASONS

[1]Upon considering the submissions of the claimant more and all the available material I am satisfied that a determination can be made of the claims.[2]The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal of l, unauthorized deduction from wages and outstanding holiday pay and disability discrimination. The claim for disability discrimination is withdrawn.[3]The time for presenting a response to the claims has expired, no valid response has been presented, and, on the information before the Employment Judge, the claims succeed.
