JUDGMENT

[1](1) The claims of disability discrimination and breach of contract are dismissed upon withdrawal[3]The claimant’s complaints under regulations 8, 9, 14 and 32 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 21 February 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why his complaints under regulations 8, 9, 14 and 32 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 should not be struck out because they had no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. His complaints under regulations 8, 9, 14 and 32 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 have no reasonable prospect of success and are struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining complaints remain listed for hearing on 29 and 30 June 2020.
