JUDGMENT

[1]Upon the respondents having failed to attend at today’s hearing and having failed to file a notice of appearance and upon the Tribunal being satisfied accordingly that the respondents shall not be materially prejudiced today’s preliminary hearing is converted to a final hearing for the determination of the claimant’s claims.[2]The first respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of £396.45 being the gross sum due to her.[3]The first respondent shall pay the amount in paragraph 2 to the claimant on or before 16 March 2020. Case No: 1806698/2019[4]The claimant’s complaint is properly brought against the first respondent as the claimant’s employer. Accordingly, the complaints against the second, third and fourth respondents stand dismissed.
