Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 19 December 2022. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]The Tribunal declares the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2,413.75.[2]The claimant incurred costs because of unauthorised deductions from his wages, in relation to overdraft charges. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation of £31.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £801.00.
