The claim is struck out.REASONS
On 10 February 2023 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant at the email address provided by him for correspondence. The Tribunal told him that the Respondent had not presented a response to his claim within the time limit. The Tribunal required the Claimant to provide information about the sum owed to him as wages. He was required to reply by 24 February 2023. He did not do so. A reminder letter was sent to the Claimant on 7 March 2023 and he did not respond to that either. By a letter dated 4 April 2023 the Tribunal therefore warned the Claimant that his claim might be struck out because it was not being actively pursued. He was given the opportunity to request a hearing or make written representations explaining why his claim should not be struck out. The Claimant has not responded. It therefore appears that his claim is not being actively pursued and it is struck out for that reason.
