The claim against the second named Respondent, Rontec Roadside Retail, is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 16 May 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim against the second respondent in these proceedings should not be struck out because of a failure to comply with the Tribunals direction of 15 January 2025 and because the claim against the second respondent has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim against the second Respondent, Rontec Roadside Retail, is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remain listed for hearing on 26 and 27 June 2025. Approved by:
