Mrs K Pitt v Estio Healthcare Recruitment Ltd: 1806640/2020
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Respondent company has been dissolved.[2]In an Order made on 28 January 2021 at the Hearing of the claim, the claim was stayed for six months to allow the Claimant an opportunity to apply for the Respondent to be restored to the Register of Companies. She was ordered to confirm in writing to the Tribunal by 28 July 2021 whether she had applied to have the Respondent restored to the Register and, if she had, what the result of the application was. She was warned that if the Tribunal did not hear from her by 28 July 2021 it would strike out her claim on the ground that it was not being actively pursued, unless she made written representations by that date as to why that should not happen, or requested a Hearing at which she could make those representations.[3]The Claimant has not written to the Tribunal.[4]The claim is therefore struck out on the ground that it is not being actively pursued.
