JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s holiday leave year commenced on 1 January of each year.[2]The claimant’s contract of employment was terminated on 31 July 2020.[3]As at the date of termination of the contract of employment, the claimant had accrued 7.7 days of untaken holiday leave entitlement.[4]The claimant’s daily gross wage was in the sum of £77.40.[5]Accordingly, the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £595.98 gross by way of compensation for holidays accrued due but untaken.[6]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £595.98 on or before 11 February 2021.
