JUDGMENT
[1]Case number 1806617/2021(1) It is declared that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages payable on 30 November 2021 and 31 December 2021.(2) UPON the respondent having made good the unauthorised deductions and UPON the claimant not having suffered any loss thereby, there shall be no further relief.[2]Case number 1800075/2022(1) The claimant has permission to amend his complaint to include one for unpaid expenses incurred by him (in particular, the costs of puncture repairs) during the course of his employment.(2) BY CONSENT the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £57 as follows:a. Reimbursement of puncture repair expenses - £20b. Reimbursement of mobile telephone costs - £37 Case No: 1806617/2021 1800075/2022[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £57 on or before 29 March 2022.
