The claimant’s complaints under section 188 TULRA 1992 and Regulation 13 TUPE Regulations 2006 against the second respondent are dismissed, following a withdrawal of all complaints by the claimant against the second respondent. The claimant’s complaint under section 188 TULRA 1992 against the first respondent is dismissed, following a withdrawal of that complaint by the claimant against the first respondent. The remaining complaint under Regulation 13 TUPE Regulations 2006 against the first respondent will proceed to final hearing on 12,13,14,15 February 2024.
