JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was presented to the Employment Tribunal outside the time limit provided for by section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in circumstances in which it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented it in time. Accordingly, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaint.[2]The claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination was presented outside the time limit provided for by section 123 of the Equality Act 2010. It is just and equitable to extend time so as to vest the Tribunal with jurisdiction to consider Case No: 1806597/2019 the complaints brought under the 2010 Act. Accordingly, time is extended to 5 November 2202 that being the date upon which the claimant presented his claim to the Tribunal.
