JUDGMENT

The claims of failure to make reasonable adjustments, indirect disability discrimination, harassment related to disability, harassment related to religious belief other than in respect of the chat forum posts on 22nd March 2023 and of victimisation arising in respect of any alleged breach of the disability discrimination provisions in the Equality Act 2010 against the First Respondent, and any claims against the Second Respondent are all dismissed upon withdrawal. The Second Respondent is therefore now dismissed from further proceedings.
