JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from her wages succeeds in part.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,853.40 being the wages unlawfully deducted for 225.75 hours of work at the relevant national minimum wage rate of £8.21 per hour.[3]The claimant’s claim that she suffered an unlawful deduction from her wages for a further 55.5 hours of work undertaken by her for the respondent shall be determined by the Tribunal at the final hearing.
