JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from her wages succeeds in part.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,647.80 being the amount unlawfully deducted from the claimant’s wages and payable for 214 hours of work undertaken by her at the relevant national minimum wage rate of £7.70 per hour.[3]The balance of the claimant’s claim that she suffered an unlawful deduction from her wages in the sum of £371.52 payable for 48.25 hours of work undertaken by the claimant at the relevant national minimum wage rate of £7.70 per hour shall be determined by the Tribunal at the final hearing of the claim.[4]The respondent shall pay the sum of £1,647.80 to the claimant on or before 3 July 2020.
