[1]By a letter dated 31 March 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why the claim should not be struck out because he had not complied with Employment Judge Shepherd’s directions in the Tribunal’s letter dated 10 March 2020.[2]The claimant has not made any representations as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out on the ground that the claimant has not complied with the Tribunal’s case management order of 10 March 2020.
