[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from wages under s13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 because:a. his claims were not presented within the Tribunal’s normal time limit; andb. the Tribunal concluded that it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented his claims within that time limit for the purposes of s23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from wages under s13 of the Employment Rights The claimant’s claim is therefore struck out.
