[1]It is declared that the Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £3,327.50 (non-payment of four weeks’ wages plus non-payment of notice).[2]In addition the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the additional sum of £7 representing the financial loss sustained by him which is attributable to the nonpayment of wages (overdraft charge).[3]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £ 3334.50.
