[1](1) The complaint of automatic unfair dismissal under s 99 Employment Rights Act 1996 is STRUCK OUT.(2) The complaint that the dismissal on 22 August 2019 amounts to direct sex discrimination under s 13 Equality Act 2010 is STRUCK OUT.(3) The complaint that the dismissal on 22 August 2019 amounts to direct pregnancy and maternity discrimination under s 18 Equality Act 2010 is STRUCK OUT.(4) The complaints that the comment on 14 December 2018 amounts to harassment related to sex under s 26 Equality Act 2010 and direct pregnancy and maternity discrimination under s 18 Equality Act 2010 were not presented in time. It is not just and equitable to extend time. These complaints are DISMISSED. JUDGMENT[2]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the claimant.
