JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is dismissed.

[2]It is declared, pursuant to section 12 (3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, that the wages slips of August and September 2019 do not contain the required particulars in relation to the amount of or the reasons for deductions to recover overpayments of statutory sick pay.

[3]The Respondent is ordered, pursuant to sections 12 (4) and (5) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, to pay to the Claimant the aggregate sum of the unnotified deductions, £527.00
