JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented within the period of time provided for by section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it. The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination relating to his dismissal, and any complaint of disability discrimination in respect of conduct extending over a period which lasted until the date of his dismissal, was presented within the period of time provided for by section 123 of the Equality Act 2010.
