JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims for pay in lieu of annual leave untaken on the termination of her employment and for unpaid wages relating to fitness classes she taught are dismissed on withdrawal by her.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages relating to the failure to pay her full pay for 16 weeks of sickness absence is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £968.50 gross.[3]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, direct race and sex discrimination and breach of contract (notice pay) are not well-founded and are dismissed.
