JUDGMENT

[1]The claims of direct disability discrimination, harassment related to disability, failure to meet the duty to make reasonable adjustments and race discrimination are all dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claim of pregnancy and maternity discrimination fails and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent’s application for an Order for the Claimant to contribute towards its costs is refused.
