JUDGMENT
THE TIME for presenting a response having expired and no response having been presented and on the available material before the Employment Judge it is adjudged that:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the amount so deducted, being £649.42 (calculated net of income tax and National Insurance contributions).[2]The claim for damages for failure to give notice of termination succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages in the sum of £324.71.[3]The complaint in respect of the Claimant’s entitlement to payment in lieu of accrued but untaken leave succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,159.75 (subject to deduction of income tax and National Insurance contributions).[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant an additional sum of £769.22 for failure to provide a written statement of terms and conditions of employment.
