JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the respondent having failed to attend at today’s hearing and having failed to file a notice of appearance and upon the Tribunal being satisfied accordingly that the respondent shall not be materially prejudiced, today’s preliminary hearing is converted to a final hearing for the determination of the claimant’s claims.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,515.66 being the amount due and owing to her. Case No: 1806282/2019[3]The amount set out in paragraph 2 shall be paid to the claimant on or before 16 March 2020.
