JUDGMENT

[1]Further to the Judgment made on 18 March 2021 under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums:1.1 £70.96 damages for breach of contract for failure to pay the Claimant’s two weeks’ notice at 100% of her weekly pay.1.2 £309.96 for holiday that she had accrued but not taken when her employment ended (37.8 hours x £8.20 per hour); and1.3 £709.60 for failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars. There are no exceptional circumstances that make it not just and equitable to award two weeks’ pay and it is just and equitable to award four weeks’ pay.[2]The total payable to the Claimant is £1090.52.[3]I explained to the Claimant that she can take enforcement action in the County Court if the Respondent does not pay her these sums.
